1. Who we are
Laebup operates the Laebup mobile app and laebup.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Information we collect
• Account information: name, email address, phone number (if provided), profile photo, city, and sport preferences.
• Authentication: if you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information allowed by your Google account settings.
• Activity data: games you host or join, chat messages in game rooms, check-ins, ratings, predictions, referrals, and rewards activity.
• Location: approximate or precise location when you create or join in-person games, search places, or check in to a game venue.
• Device data: push notification tokens (Firebase), app version, and language preference.

3. How we use information
We use your information to:
• Create and manage your account
• Match you with sports games and other players
• Send game updates, invites, reminders, and service notifications
• Operate maps, place search, leaderboards, and rewards
• Improve safety, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms
• Respond to support requests

4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
• Service providers (hosting, email, maps, push notifications) who process data on our behalf
• Other users, according to your profile privacy settings (for example public profile or game participation)
• Authorities when required by law or to protect users and the platform

5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes.

6. Delete your account and data
Delete your entire Laebup account in the app:
1. Open the Laebup app and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
3. Tap Settings (on your profile screen).
4. Under Account, tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion. Your session ends immediately and you can no longer sign in.

Delete some data without deleting your account:
• Profile photo: Profile tab → Privacy & security → remove your profile photo.
• Chat messages: open a game chat, long-press your message, and delete it when available.

If you cannot access the app, email contact@laebup.com from the address linked to your account. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" or "Data deletion request". We will respond within a reasonable time, as required by applicable law.

7. Your choices
You can update profile and notification settings in the app. You can deny location or notification permissions in your device settings, though some features may not work.

8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.

9. Children
Laebup is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of Laebup after changes means you accept the updated policy.
